A couple of weeks ago I went to Home Depot for some bead board. I didn't really realize it came in such a big sheet but luckily they cut it for me. Regardless I have a ton of it right now so I am sure many more projects are on their way with bead board :)
I wanted to make something cute for my front door for the upcoming Valentine's Day. I normally have a pretty adorable glitter heart hanging from the door but I thought how about a one of a kind piece!
I picked up some wood letters from Hobby Lobby a few weeks before. They are really cheap. I spray painted the letters. Mike cut the piece of bead board down for me and I spray painted it black.
I placed the letters on the board where I wanted them to go and heated up the hot glue gun.
I found some polka-dot ribbon I had in my craft drawer and stapled them with the staple gun to the back of the board.
Here is the finished project- pretty cute for Valentine's Day isn't it? I am just realizing through these pictures I need to clean my front door- yikes!!
I am linking up to these parties today

I was featured on this blog!!! EEEKKKK :)
